We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cruise Director to join our team in Dubai. As the Cruise Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the real estate operations on our cruise ship, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience while on board.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize all real estate activities on board the cruise ship, including property tours, sales presentations, and client meetings.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and renters.
- Manage a team of real estate agents and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Maintain relationships with property developers and real estate agencies in Dubai to secure new listings and partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding real estate opportunities on board.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Coordinate with other departments on the cruise ship to ensure a seamless experience for guests interested in real estate opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- [Random number] years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
