We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Insights Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Customer Insights Manager in the construction industry, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data to help our company better understand our customers, their needs, and preferences. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for collecting customer data through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research methods.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product development, marketing campaigns, and customer service initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer insights to ensure our company remains competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term customer engagement strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- [6-8] years of experience in market research, customer insights, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Experience working in the construction industry is preferred but not required.
