Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support business objectives
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver customized reports and dashboards
- Conduct in-depth data mining and statistical analysis to uncover key insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- [X] years of experience in data analysis within the financial services industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
