We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Center Technician Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and data center operations, with a passion for technology and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of the data center, including monitoring systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new equipment and software in the data center.
- Work closely with the Data Center Technician to ensure all systems are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Provide support to end users and other team members as needed, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing training and guidance on data center operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all data center activities and procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to data center operations and security.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of data center equipment and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
