We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Data Scientist will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business challenges that can be addressed through data analysis
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to optimize construction processes and improve efficiency
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends
- Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Implement statistical techniques to test hypotheses and make data-driven recommendations
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in data science to continually improve processes and methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- [X] years of experience in data analysis and machine learning
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
