We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Manager to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our company's databases to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain database systems in accordance with company needs and requirements
- Develop data models for database structures
- Monitor database performance, implement changes and improvements as needed
- Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate database systems with other applications
- Train staff on database management and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Proven experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
