We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our company's database systems to ensure efficient and secure data storage and retrieval.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain database systems to meet the organization's needs
- Develop and implement data management policies and procedures
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify and address database-related needs
- Train and support staff on database usage and best practices
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies related to database management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
