We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Daycare Director Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong background in childcare management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Daycare Director in overseeing the daily operations of the daycare center
- Supervise and support daycare staff in providing high-quality care and education for children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children, following all health and safety regulations
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns
- Assist in budget planning and financial management of the daycare center
- Coordinate staff training and professional development opportunities
- Handle any disciplinary issues or conflicts that may arise among staff or children
- Assist with enrollment and registration of new children into the daycare program

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a daycare or preschool setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of UAE childcare regulations and best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs
