We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate delivery schedules, routes, and resources to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor delivery performance and make adjustments as needed to meet customer expectations
- Supervise and train delivery drivers to ensure compliance with safety regulations and delivery standards
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize delivery processes and improve overall efficiency
- Resolve any delivery-related issues or customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and analyze delivery reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
