Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for graphic design and experience working in a fast-paced environment. As a Design Assistant, you will work closely with our Design team to create visually appealing and on-brand materials for our financial services company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and graphics for both print and digital platforms
- Collaborate with the Design team to brainstorm and develop new design concepts
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
- Assist in photo editing, retouching, and resizing for various projects
- Research current design trends and techniques to continuously improve design quality
- Assist in managing and organizing design assets and files

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
