Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Designer to join our dynamic team in the Aerospace and Defense sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, engineering, and technology, along with the ability to deliver creative solutions that meet the demands of our clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to conceptualize, design, and develop cutting-edge aerospace and defense products.
- Create detailed design specifications, prototypes, and technical drawings using CAD software and other design tools.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions and enhance product performance.
- Participate in design reviews, providing insights and feedback to refine and improve product designs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including safety and quality assurance protocols.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and marketing, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
- Prepare and present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in design processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in design within the aerospace and defense industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) and design visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to aerospace and defense is highly desirable.
