We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Consumer Goods industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for product development and a strong background in project management.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the product development team to coordinate and track all aspects of new product development projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely completion of projects
- Communicate regularly with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends in the Consumer Goods industry
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of product development documentation, including briefs, specifications, and reports
- Support the team in product testing, quality control, and regulatory compliance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and operations, to drive successful product launches

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
