We are seeking a talented and motivated Development Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our healthcare organization through fundraising, donor relations, grant writing, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential donors and funding opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing donors and sponsors
- Write compelling grant proposals and reports to secure funding for healthcare projects
- Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and communications for fundraising efforts
- Monitor and track fundraising goals and progress
- Assist in developing strategic plans and initiatives to support organizational growth
- Provide support for other development and fundraising activities as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising software
