Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Communications to lead our communication strategy in the vibrant real estate sector of Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market and have a proven track record in developing and executing effective communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and market positioning. This role will involve overseeing all internal and external communications, including public relations, content development, digital marketing, and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Communication Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and enhances its reputation in the real estate market.
- Identify key audiences and tailor communication plans to meet their needs and expectations.

2. Public Relations and Media Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the real estate sector.
- Coordinate press releases, media kits, and press conferences to promote new projects, initiatives, and company milestones.
- Monitor media coverage and manage any potential crisis communications.

3. Content Development:
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all communications reflect the company's brand voice and messaging.

4. Digital Marketing Oversight:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital communication efforts, making recommendations for improvements.

5. Internal Communications:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies that foster a positive organizational culture and keep employees informed and engaged.
- Create communication materials for staff meetings, newsletters, and internal announcements.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify key stakeholders and develop tailored communication approaches to engage them effectively.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and community outreach programs.

7. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the communications team, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Experience in crisis management and media relations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
