We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Finance to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company in the Information Technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall goals and objectives
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability and growth
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions
- Supervise a team of finance professionals and provide leadership and guidance to support their professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CFA, or MBA is highly preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role, preferably in the Information Technology industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
