We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Disability Services Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. As the Disability Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support and accommodations to students with disabilities in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to identify and implement appropriate accommodations for students with disabilities
- Conduct intake interviews and assessments to determine students' needs and eligibility for services
- Develop and monitor individualized accommodation plans for students with disabilities
- Provide training and support to faculty and staff on best practices for accommodating students with disabilities
- Coordinate and facilitate accommodations such as assistive technology, note-taking services, and exam modifications
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided to students with disabilities
- Stay current on laws, regulations, and best practices related to disability services in education

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in special education, counseling, psychology, or a related field

- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to disability services in education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
