We are seeking a qualified and experienced Diversity Manager to join our healthcare organization based in Dubai. The Diversity Manager will be responsible for promoting and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization to create a more inclusive and equitable work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's values and goals.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to ensure diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion programs.
- Provide training and resources to employees on diversity, cultural competency, and unconscious bias.
- Serve as a resource and advocate for employees from diverse backgrounds, including minorities, women, individuals with disabilities, and LGBTQ+ individuals.
- Work with external partners and community organizations to promote diversity and inclusion in the healthcare industry.
- Stay current on diversity and inclusion best practices and trends in the healthcare industry.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion management.
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion issues in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to diversity and inclusion.
- Certification in Diversity and Inclusion Management is a plus.
