We are seeking a talented and experienced Diversity Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Diversity Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diversity and inclusion, as well as experience working in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies to promote a diverse and inclusive work environment within the organization.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Provide training and support to employees and leadership on diversity and inclusion best practices.
- Partner with external organizations and stakeholders to promote diversity and inclusion within the energy sector.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion, Business Administration)
- [5-8] years of experience in diversity and inclusion, with a focus on the energy industry
- Strong knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
