We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Energy Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Energy Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Energy Manager in all aspects of energy management within our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing energy consumption data to identify trends and opportunities for energy savings
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to implement energy efficiency projects and upgrades
- Conduct regular energy audits and inspections at retail locations to ensure compliance with energy conservation measures
- Assist in developing and implementing energy conservation initiatives and programs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to energy consumption and savings
- Provide training and support to retail staff on energy conservation best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in energy management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in energy management or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of energy management software is a plus
