We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our pharmaceutical company based in Dubai. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities within the organization, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of engineers and technical staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to meet the company's goals and objectives
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that engineering projects align with overall business objectives
- Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Develop and manage engineering budgets, monitoring expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source materials and equipment
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering processes and workflows

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
