Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our construction team in Dubai. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all engineering aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Review and approve engineering designs and drawings
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in construction engineering
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
