We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Health Manager to join our team in Sharjah, focusing on agricultural practices. The Environmental Health Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing environmental health programs to ensure the safety and well-being of employees, the community, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor environmental health policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of agricultural facilities to identify potential health and safety hazards, and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement environmental management plans, waste management programs, and pollution control strategies.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop strategies to minimize negative impacts on the environment.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on environmental health practices and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze data related to environmental health and prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in environmental health and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in environmental health management, preferably in the agriculture sector.
- Knowledge of local and international environmental health regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
