We are currently seeking an experienced Event Planning Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The Event Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution for our manufacturing company. This individual will work closely with various departments to ensure that all events meet the company's standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement event planning strategies and timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events
- Manage event budgets and negotiate vendor contracts
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, and catering
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote events and drive attendance
- Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
