We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes, as well as a strong background in managing kitchen operations in the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that align with consumer trends and preferences
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage food costs and inventory levels to ensure profitability
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive dining experiences for customers
- Stay current on culinary trends and techniques to continually improve menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in the consumer goods industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Creative and innovative approach to menu development
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
