We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations within our energy company, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative and high-quality menus that cater to a diverse group of employees and clients
- Manage and lead a team of culinary professionals, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste are consistently met
- Oversee food purchasing, inventory management, and cost control to maximize profitability
- Implement and enforce strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate catering services for special events and meetings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and culinary techniques to continuously improve menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and culinary techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Creative and passionate about food and culinary arts

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or food service industry
- Experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Certification in food safety and sanitation
