We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence and innovation, with a strong background in Information Technology.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the culinary operations of the company, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation
- Develop menus and recipes that are in line with current technology trends and preferences
- Manage food and labor costs effectively to achieve budgetary goals
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the IT department to incorporate technology into the culinary experience
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in culinary technology
- Implement sustainable practices in the kitchen to reduce waste and promote environmental responsibility

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a technology-focused environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current technology trends in the culinary industry
- Creative and innovative approach to menu development
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
