We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Exercise Specialist Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the Exercise Specialist to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of exercise programs for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Exercise Specialist in conducting fitness assessments and consultations with clients
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' goals and needs
- Guide clients through exercise sessions, ensuring proper form and technique
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to programs as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness goals
- Assist in organizing and coordinating fitness events and workshops for clients
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and research in the fitness industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor
- [Number] years of experience working in a fitness-related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
