We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Exercise Specialist Assistant to join our team in the Aerospace and Defense industry in Dubai. The Exercise Specialist Assistant will work closely with the Exercise Specialist to design and implement exercise programs for military personnel and pilots.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Exercise Specialist in conducting fitness assessments and developing personalized exercise programs for clients
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust exercise programs as needed
- Provide guidance and support to clients during exercise sessions
- Maintain a clean and organized exercise facility
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining client records
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in exercise science

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field
- Certified Personal Trainer or Exercise Specialist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fitness or exercise setting
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and biomechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
