We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fashion Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Fashion Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of fashion-related projects and initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fashion strategies that align with the organization's brand and objectives
- Manage the design and production of uniforms and attire for employees within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality and innovative fashion solutions
- Stay current on industry trends, market research, and competitor analysis to drive fashion innovation within the organization
- Oversee the budgeting and financial planning for fashion-related projects
- Lead and mentor a team of fashion designers and coordinators to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure alignment on fashion initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to fashion and attire within the Aerospace and Defense industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in fashion management within a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends, textiles, and production processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fashion design software
- Experience working within the Aerospace and Defense industry is a plus
