We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Field Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the education sector. The Field Assistant will be responsible for supporting the field operations of our educational programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and organizing field trips, workshops, and events for students and teachers.
- Support the logistics and planning of educational activities and programs both on and off-site.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of programs.
- Assist in managing and maintaining educational resources, materials, and equipment.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of field activities and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during field activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar field assistant role, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of educational principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred.
