We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Captain to join our Real Estate team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Fire Captain will be responsible for leading a team of firefighters, ensuring the safety and security of our properties, and implementing fire prevention and emergency response protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of firefighters in responding to emergencies, conducting fire drills, and enforcing fire safety regulations.
- Develop and implement fire prevention strategies to protect our properties and occupants.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify and address potential fire hazards.
- Collaborate with local fire departments and emergency services to coordinate emergency response efforts.
- Train and mentor firefighters on firefighting techniques, equipment usage, and emergency response procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of fire incidents, inspections, and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant fire safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fire Captain or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of firefighting techniques, equipment, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions in emergency situations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Firefighter certification from a recognized training program.
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Emergency Management, or a related field.
