Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Captain to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Fire Captain in the Transportation and Logistics industry, you will be responsible for leading a team of firefighters and ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and supervise a team of firefighters in responding to emergency situations
- Develop and implement fire prevention and safety programs
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services for mutual aid and support
- Train and mentor firefighters on proper procedures and techniques
- Conduct drills and exercises to maintain readiness and preparedness
- Maintain fire equipment and apparatus in good working condition
- Investigate and report on the causes of fires and incidents
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements:
- Minimum of [Random number] years of experience as a firefighter, with at least [Random number] years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Emergency Management, or a related field
- Certified Fire Officer or Fire Inspector credentials preferred
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed
