We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Captain to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Fire Captain will be responsible for leading a team of firefighters in ensuring the safety and security of our construction site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of firefighters to respond to emergencies and fire incidents on the construction site.
- Develop and implement fire safety protocols and procedures to prevent and mitigate fire hazards.
- Conduct regular inspections and drills to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Coordinate with local fire authorities and emergency services to ensure a timely and effective response in case of emergencies.
- Train and mentor team members on fire safety procedures and equipment operation.
- Maintain and update inventory of firefighting equipment and supplies.
- Investigate and report on incidents to improve safety measures on the construction site.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Fire Captain or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Valid Fire Captain certification.
