We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Captain to join our manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah. The Fire Captain will be responsible for leading a team of firefighters and ensuring the safety of the facility and its employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of firefighters, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement fire safety protocols and procedures
- Conduct regular fire drills and training sessions for employees
- Inspect and maintain fire equipment and systems
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with external emergency services when necessary
- Conduct investigations into fire incidents and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards
- Keep updated on the latest developments in fire safety technology and best practices

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a firefighting role
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness and ability to perform firefighting duties
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
