We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Fish Hatchery Manager Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aquaculture and a strong background in fish husbandry practices. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our fish hatchery facility.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Fish Hatchery Manager in overseeing all aspects of fish production, including breeding, feeding, and health management
- Monitor water quality parameters and ensure optimal conditions for fish growth and development
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure efficient operation of the hatchery
- Assist in the implementation of biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks and maintain a healthy fish population
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary supplies and equipment for the hatchery
- Train and supervise hatchery staff in proper fish handling and husbandry techniques
- Keep detailed records of fish production data and assist in reporting to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Biology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fish hatchery operations
- Strong knowledge of fish biology, nutrition, and health management
- Experience with water quality monitoring and treatment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and data management software
