We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Fish Hatchery Manager Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Fish Hatchery Manager in all aspects of fish hatchery operations, including but not limited to fish breeding, feeding, monitoring water quality, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Fish Hatchery Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the fish hatchery
- Assist in the breeding and rearing of fish, including monitoring fish health and growth rates
- Help maintain water quality in fish tanks and ponds
- Assist in feeding fish and monitoring feed consumption
- Help maintain and repair hatchery equipment as needed
- Assist in data collection and record-keeping for fish breeding and growth
- Help coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the hatchery
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or related field
- [X] years of experience in fish hatchery operations
- Strong knowledge of fish breeding and rearing techniques
- Experience with water quality monitoring and management
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions from the Fish Hatchery Manager
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
