We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the management of our company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Track and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance schedules, expenses, and usage
- Assist in the procurement of new vehicles, including negotiating contracts and pricing
- Monitor fuel consumption and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Assist with the implementation of fleet management policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining vehicle files and documentation
- Assist in the coordination of driver training and safety programs
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards
- Assist with the resolution of any fleet-related issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and fleet management software
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance best practices and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UAE driver's license
