Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Assistant to support our fleet management operations in the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicle fleet, which is essential for the timely delivery of medical products and services. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and coordination of the fleet of vehicles used for transportation of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.
- Support the scheduling of routine maintenance and repairs for fleet vehicles, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor and track vehicle performance, identifying any issues or areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups, providing support in the event of delays or issues on the road.
- Assist in the procurement and management of fuel supplies, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and usage.
- Help maintain up-to-date vehicle registration and insurance documents, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to assist in the acquisition of new vehicles, including conducting market research and obtaining quotes from suppliers.
- Provide administrative support to the fleet management team, including filing, data entry, and preparation of reports as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to fleet operations and safety.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of fleet management best practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and fleet management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of UAE traffic laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
