Responsibilities:
- Assist Genetic Counselors in providing genetic counseling services to clients in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Collect and analyze genetic data, family histories, and medical records
- Conduct research on genetic conditions and treatments
- Assist in the development of genetic counseling plans and recommendations
- Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and genetic information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Genetics, Counseling, or a related field
- Previous experience in genetics counseling or a related field preferred (up to 8 years)
- Strong knowledge of genetic principles, testing, and counseling techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
