We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Genetic Counselor Assistant to join our team in Ajman. The Genetic Counselor Assistant will work closely with the Genetic Counselor to provide support and assistance in genetic counseling sessions and other related activities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Genetic Counselor in conducting genetic counseling sessions with patients
- Gather and organize patient medical histories and relevant information
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for genetic testing and follow-up visits
- Provide emotional support and resources to patients and their families
- Assist in researching and compiling information on genetic disorders and treatments
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all aspects of genetic counseling

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Genetics, Biology, or related field
- Previous experience in a healthcare or genetics-related setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
