We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Golf Course Superintendent to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf course maintenance and a strong background in turf management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of golf course maintenance, including mowing, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and landscaping
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the course is in top condition at all times
- Supervise and train a team of maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety
- Implement sustainable practices to promote environmental stewardship and resource conservation
- Collaborate with golf course management to plan and execute course improvements and renovations
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Turf Management, Agronomy, or related field
- [Random] years of experience in golf course maintenance
- Strong knowledge of turfgrass management practices and techniques
- Experience with irrigation systems and equipment maintenance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
