We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to join our healthcare facility in Ajman. The Group Fitness Instructor will be responsible for leading group fitness classes, developing personalized fitness programs for members, and providing ongoing support and motivation to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead group fitness classes, including but not limited to: cardio, strength training, yoga, Pilates, and dance.
- Design and implement safe and effective fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of each individual.
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to members throughout their fitness journey.
- Conduct fitness assessments and track progress towards fitness goals.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during group fitness classes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and research to continuously improve class offerings.
- Assist with the promotion of fitness programs and events within the facility.

Requirements:
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor with a recognized certification (e.g. ACE, NASM, ACSM).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading group fitness classes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their fitness goals.
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and proper exercise techniques.
- CPR/AED certification is preferred.
- Experience working in a healthcare or wellness setting is a plus.
