We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Health Coach to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Health Coach in the energy industry, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees in achieving their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and create personalized wellness plans for employees
- Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to support employees in making positive lifestyle changes
- Conduct group wellness workshops and seminars on various health topics
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals, such as nutritionists and fitness trainers, to create holistic wellness programs
- Monitor and track progress of employees towards their health goals
- Stay up-to-date on the latest health and wellness trends and research

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. health promotion, nutrition, exercise science)
- Certification as a Health Coach or Wellness Coach
- [X] years of experience in health coaching or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to make positive changes
- Knowledge of nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other aspects of holistic health
