Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their hearing needs. You will be responsible for assessing hearing capabilities, recommending appropriate hearing solutions, and ensuring that clients receive the highest quality of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough hearing assessments and evaluations for clients using advanced audiometric equipment.
- Provide expert advice on hearing instruments and assistive listening devices based on individual client needs and preferences.
- Fit, program, and fine-tune hearing aids and related devices to ensure optimal performance and comfort.
- Educate clients and their families about hearing loss, hearing aids, and the importance of regular maintenance and follow-up care.
- Develop personalized care plans for clients, including follow-up appointments and ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client assessments, fittings, and follow-up interactions.
- Stay current with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in audiology and hearing instrument fitting.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as audiologists and ENT specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions clients may have about their hearing instruments.
- Participate in promotional events and community outreach programs to raise awareness about hearing health and available services.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in audiology or related field preferred.
- Certification as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or equivalent credential.
- Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail setting.
- Strong knowledge of hearing aid technology, fitting techniques, and audiometric testing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficient in the use of audiometric equipment and software for hearing assessments and fittings.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
