We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Help Desk Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Help Desk Assistant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers and employees in a retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting technical problems related to hardware, software, and network issues
- Providing guidance and instructions to customers on how to resolve technical issues
- Escalating complex problems to the appropriate IT support team members
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
- Assisting with the setup and configuration of computer systems and peripherals
- Providing training and support to retail staff on technical processes and systems
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a help desk or customer service role
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of retail systems and processes is a plus
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
