We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry and possess strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team of help desk professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the help desk team
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and provide excellent customer service to internal staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity of the help desk team
- Monitor help desk performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Train and mentor help desk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technological advancements and trends in the financial services industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
