We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hospital Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles within the healthcare industry and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital transportation and logistics department
- Coordinate patient transportation schedules and logistics with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient transportation and logistics activities
- Assist in managing department budgets and expenses
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from patients, staff, and external partners
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for department meetings
- Maintain inventory of transportation equipment and supplies
- Provide administrative support to the transportation and logistics team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
