We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. This position is based within the education sector and will involve overseeing all aspects of hospitality services within the institution.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hospitality policies and procedures to ensure high quality service delivery
- Manage a team of hospitality staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Plan and coordinate catering services for events, meetings, and functions
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience
- Develop and manage budgets for hospitality services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management software
