We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team in Ajman within the Aerospace and Defense sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and managing all aspects of hospitality within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hospitality operations within the organization, including managing staff, budgeting, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and functions
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve hospitality services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in hospitality management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
