Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Operations Program Manager to oversee and enhance our hospitality operations within the real estate sector in Dubai. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence in service delivery, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for program management, operational efficiency, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience across various properties.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage hospitality programs that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Create performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of hospitality operations and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met within budget and on schedule.

2. Operations Oversight:
- Monitor daily operations across various properties to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of hospitality services to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices in operational processes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

3. Staff Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.

4. Guest Experience Enhancement:
- Design and implement initiatives to improve guest experience and satisfaction ratings.
- Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote hospitality services and enhance brand reputation.

5. Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for hospitality operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Work with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial regulations.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with real estate developers, property owners, and other stakeholders to align hospitality services with property offerings.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build networks and promote hospitality initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality operations management, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale hospitality programs with measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality trends, customer service excellence, and operational management.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
